Sommers | President
John started his embroidery career in 1983 selling Tajima and Melco machines. Those were exciting days, working out of the Dallas Apparel Mart, helping to build a brand new idea into a real product. Computerized embroidery became a source of income to hundreds of businesses almost overnight. "It was fun being a part of this new market".
In 1987 John formed his own company distributing embroidery machines, software and supplies. j. Harold Distributors, Inc. is now one of the leading sources of production machines for embroidery and chenille lettering, software and supplies.
With 21 years of experience, John looks forward to the future, realizing that over these years many things have changed, but one thing has not. Offering quality products and supporting those products results in successful and happy customers. JHD has many happy customers.

Johnny is a recent addition to the j. Harold team. Located in Houston, he covers the South Texas and South Louisiana area. He is a graduate of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance. He has two years of experience in the investment banking industry with primary focus in the airline sector, concentrating mostly on airline restructuring. His experience in embroidery comes from living and growing up in the family business. He is excited about his new position and committed to building a strong relationship with all of our customers, new and old, in his territory.

Janet joined our team in
2000 with a strong backround in sewing. Shortly after starting with us
she was moved to Manager of our supplies division, Threadetc.com. She has
grown our supplies department consistently every month, due primarily to
her organizational skills and care for our customers. She is instramental
in assuring same day shipping (if ordered by 3:00 PM CST) and quality of
our products and service. |
 Carlos Pacheco | Sales Representative
Carlos Pacheco is our newest member to the j. Harold team. He comes to us with a strong background in software, training, service, and sales. Fluent in Spanish, he can offer training and support in two different languages. With a vast knowledge in the embroidery market, machines, and supplies.  Trey
Anderson | Technician
Although Trey is now an Independent
Technician, he has been part of the team since 1991. Trey's home base is
McKinney, Texas, where he does depot repair and the rebuilding
of our used machines. He travels to customers who have trusted in his excellent
work for up to twelve years. There are few in the industry that have the
knowledge and talent that Trey has on Melco and ZSK machines. |
