Radicure is M&R's ultra-efficient infrared electric textile dryer. Built for long life and maximum performance, Radicure is the low-cost alternative in high-performance textile drying. The most advanced thermodynamic process available is at the heart of Radicure's powerful heating source. This process enables Radicure to quickly achieve and maintain optimal operating temperatures. Radicure’s radically enhanced airflow accelerates the drying/curing process and enhances curing consistency. Radicure further improves performance with separate dedicated blowers for circulation and exhaust. Radicure’s radiant panels can be quickly and easily raised and lowered with convenient single-point height adjustment.
Radicure features M&R's patented heat-resistant fabric interior. This suspended wraparound insulation layer isolates the heat chamber from the outer skin. This allows Radicure to achieve dramatic improvements in heat retention while producing a corresponding reduction in outer skin temperatures. Radicure's System-Saver feature allows blowers and belt to continue to run in cooldown mode after radiant panel shutoff. Once Radicure reaches the cooldown target temperature, it automatically shuts off the blowers and belt. Other performance and convenience features include digital conveyor speed readout and tower-mounted temperature range indicator light.
